Bacon-Wrapped Scallops with Lime Glaze

It sure is hard to go wrong with bacon, in my opinion. These were so easy to prepare and simply delicious. I paired them with a leafy green salad tossed with green apples, dried tart cherries and a Dijon walnut-oil vinaigrette. Perfect summer supper.
