Thank you, thank you, thank you Las Vegas Eryn! Oh she who enlightened me with this spectacular dish. This is one of the most delicious fish dishes I have ever had the pleasure of eating — both in and out of restaurants. My husband and I wolfed this bad boy down. I served it with grilled baby bok choy brushed with tare and a simple Greek salad of chopped vegetables.
